How To Authorize Realty Rocket

Follow these steps to grant us partner access in Meta. Meta may label your account as a Business Portfolio or Business Manager depending on your setup. This is usually a one-time setup that takes about 5 minutes.

  1. Step 1

    Confirm You Can Share Assets

    You need the authority to share the Page and Ad Account from Meta. In most accounts this means you have full control of the Business Portfolio that owns those assets. If you do not see the Partners option, or the Page or Ad Account cannot be selected, ask whoever owns the assets to complete these steps.

  2. Step 2

    Open Meta Business Suite

    Go to business.facebook.com and log in with the account that has full control of the relevant assets.

  3. Step 3

    Open Business Settings

    Open Settings in Meta Business Suite, then go to Business Settings. If the menu layout looks different in your account, you can also try the direct settings area inside Business Suite.

  4. Step 4

    Add Realty Rocket as a Partner

    In the left sidebar, open Partners under the Users section. Click Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets.

  5. Step 5

    Enter Our Business ID

    Enter this Realty Rocket Business ID when prompted. Meta may also refer to it as a Business Portfolio ID:

  6. Step 6

    Choose the Assets and Permissions

    Select your Ad Account and allow campaign management, then select your Facebook Page and enable the permissions related to Ads and Insights so we can run campaigns from your Page identity.

  7. Step 7

    Confirm and Done

    Review the assets you selected and save the changes. Let us know once complete and we will verify the connection on our side. You keep ownership of your Page and Ad Account, and you can revoke our access at any time from the same Partners settings.
